New Toronto Courthouse
The Ontario Court of Justice in Toronto is now located at 10 Armoury Street (near University Avenue and Dundas Street) in downtown Toronto. The new courthouse amalgamates the six Ontario Court of Justice criminal trial courts in Toronto. Bail hearings will be heard at a different courthouse, located at 2201 Finch Avenue West, Toronto.
The Toronto courthouses will be moving their operations to the new courthouse on the following dates:
- 2201 Finch Avenue West (Toronto West) March 3-6, 2023
- 311 Jarvis Street (Youth) March 10-13, 2023
- 444 Yonge Street (College Park) March 24-27, 2023
- 1000 Finch Avenue West (Toronto North) April 14-17, 2023
- 1911 Eglinton Avenue East (Scarborough) May 5-8, 2023
- 60 Queen Street West (Old City Hall) May 26-29, 2023
There are many options for public transportation to the courthouse, and paid parking nearby.
